ABOUT US:

The Karen Retreat Village is a community for those over 50 years of age who want to live in a secure environment with like minded people.

The Village is all about a lifestyle choice. We respect your privacy - if you want to be alone in your own house you can - if you want to go and play cards with other residents in the coffee shop you can – but you always have the security in knowing that if you need help we are only a few minutes away.

We take care of the little things which can be time consuming and frustrating - you can call on us to change light bulbs or call a plumber. Leaving you with less stress and more time to spend doing the things you enjoy.

Our philosophy can be seen in our developments which mix residential units and leisure facilities all within a naturally beautiful environment enhanced by landscaping with our residents in mind.

We take great care in every aspect of our buildings and their environment. We do this by catering for the needs of our residents and the Village so that we leave a legacy we can have pride in.

Our long term objectives:

To provide long-term benefits to the local community.
To develop our community lifestyle philosophy and develop 10 Villages in East Africa over the next decade.
To become a market leader in developing ‘lifestyle-based’ projects
To encourage benchmarks for excellence in all aspects of our developments.

The Village Sanctuary Group
