The Concept

The Karen Retreat Village consists of 16 semi-detached residential units of 2238 sq ft (208 sq m) aimed at residents over the age of 50. Residents live independently with a Residents Manager located within the Village available 24 hours in case of emergencies.

The residential units have been meticulously designed and each semi detached house is set in its own garden with a barbeque area and a private covered car-port. The units are all set within carefully landscaped gardens with 24 hour security and panic buttons installed in each house.
