The Village’s residential units are set in landscaped gardens. The Ground Floor has a dining room, a guest room, a kitchen a utility room, a lounge, a cloakroom and a patio with access to a private garden with barbeque area. The First Floor is accessed from the ground floor by a straight gentle staircase wide enough to accommodate a mechanised stair lift if required. Upstairs there is a large family room, a bedroom a master bedroom both with ensuites. All are fully fitted with modern and fully integrated fittings, fixtures and panic buttons in the bedrooms and bathrooms.

The Karen Retreat Units have been specifically designed in order that the specifications of fixtures and fittings in all the rooms have been primarily determined for the consideration of the safety and convenience of the residents.

Each house has 2 allocated parking spaces and allocated parking for visitors.

The Village has a heated swimming pool, steam/sauna facilities, gymnasium, private treatment rooms, a specialised clinic, residents meeting rooms and a coffee and juice bar.

Surrounding the residences are beautifully maintained landscaped gardens and a jogging track two circuits of which is 1 km. Imagine being able to get out of your front door and walk to the swimming pool or go for a jog safe in the knowledge you are completely safe and still within The Village Sanctuary.
