The ground floor of the Centre contains the main Reception area, the communal Dining Area, a Library with internet access, a Hall for classes, a large Kitchen suitable for cooking classes of up to 10 people.

The ground floor of the House is surrounded on all sides by balconies and each room has double doors for access, views and ventilation each of the 5 double bedrooms has an ensuite showers.

There is a car park for motorbikes and cars, but the Sanctuary is pedestrian to maintain the tranquillity of the village.

6 semi – detached single storey cottages, each with a double bedroom, bathroom, a living/dining space (which can be used as another bedroom), an open plan kitchen and an outside terrace. The cottages have been designed to provide the guest with the feeling of being with nature and enhancing the natural beauty of the surroundings.

The centre can provide accommodation for around 80 people, including non-residents.
